Whether you’re a small, large, private, or statutory organisation, professional, parent, carer or young person, ProSkillz can always support your safeguarding needs.
We offer a full cohort of services for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, including training, from basic awareness through to intensive specialist topic-based courses. We offer a range of consultancy services, from reviewing your safeguarding arrangements for regulation and registration purposes through to packages of services to cover and meet all areas of your safeguarding requirements. We are also proud to be able to offer advocacy services to assist in navigating through the statutory safeguarding services, including supporting people in attending conferences, mediating between professionals and families whilst also being positioned to provide 1:1 support and counselling services to young people.
Our Safeguarding Service is managed by a Senior Qualified Social Worker with over 30 years’ hands-on experience working in the field from frontline through to strategic management level and for the last 12 years have been directly linked to and managing safeguarding boards and now partnerships.
Over the last decade, our Senior Qualified Social Worker has developed additional Professional Skills as an Independent Safeguarding Trainer and Consultant and more recently extended this to offer advocacy support to children, young people and parents, and has a particular interest and passion which advocates and promotes equality and diversity for all.

Safeguarding training
We will work with you to ensure your offering is the best it can be to meet the practice development needs of your workforce and will be bespoke to suit practitioners of all levels, from introductory courses to advanced, specialist themes.
Our safeguarding courses are available throughout the UK and can be delivered at your workplace, a venue of your choice, or virtually. We offer flexible hybrid learning options and professional development events - you tell us and we deliver.

No matter which agency, whether single or multiple, we can deliver, including training on behalf of other organisations such as the safeguarding partnerships, regional networks, local government and charitable organisations.
Our training will be devised according to the target audience, from strategic leads, governing bodies, senior managers and practitioners, experienced professionals, new starters, students and volunteers.
We can deliver courses on every aspect of safeguarding practice, from entry level knowledge through to specialist knowledge and advanced options. We can deliver a training course that contains what you want, is delivered when you want it and where you want it.
